Simultaneous Adults and Children’s Classes at SBG Reno

At SBG Reno, we offer numerous classes at all age brackets:

This ensures that your child can get the most out of their class while making friends with people their own age.

Even better, our gym has two separate matted areas. This allows both the adults and children’s classes to take place simultaneously. Lots of our adult members take advantage of this and train at the same time as their children because they wouldn’t otherwise get the opportunity to do so. They can then monitor how their children are getting on and bond with them over their shared experience and love for the sport.

Some parents were so excited about the opportunity that they offered to help pay for the babysitter themselves.

Others volunteered coloring books, activities, and ideas to make the experience even better for the children.

What started as a simple solution quickly became something much bigger.

It became a community.
