Women’s only classes are offered multiple days each week for all teen and adult women. Women’s only classes provide a comfortable environment for women to start out in the sport of Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai, and a place for all women to connect with other like minded women, regardless of belt level or rank.

Ladies-Only 8 Week Intro to Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense
An 8 week course designed just for women! Must be 16+ OR 13+ if registering alongside a guardian that will also be attending the class. REQUIRES A GI, which is INCLUDED in the cost (please drop in to find sizing and pick a color so they can be ordered ahead of time).
Classes will take place on Saturdays from 11:00-12:00 beginning on March 2nd.
FAQ: Do I have to be in shape to take this course? A: No! This class is a beginner level class, and we aim to cater it to a variety of fitness levels of our new students. You will often break a sweat, and you will have fun, all while learning real, practical self defense.
Q: What if I have to miss a class?
A: These classes do build but we also build in a lot of repetition time so that the content can be mastered, allowing you to catch what you missed in most cases. You can also do a “make up” class in any of our beginner women’s classes, though the content will be different.
